Note pits on top of cap. Grassland, in clear dense circle with inner diameter like 1.2m, like 200 specimens.

Just a note if you did not noticed, change of color just at rim, I guess centre of flesh is too dry or something. At bottom, at time of cut, white, can't change knife and camera quick enough to catch white.
Clavariadelphus helveticus not mentioned anywhere on local (Slovenia) google at all.

Veil is white when young. The biggest caup tends to be a bit purplish, same here an there meat inside.

Cortinarius alboviolaceus - Local name emphasises wide bump on top of cap.

I think that, sticky on top of cap and under 'ring'. I think, when dry top, could turn into brown flakes. Google images suggest Tricholoma caligatum, I think not. Can't find any Gomphidius having white rim on top of cap.

Edit: opt. Cortinarius triumphans/Gomphos triumphans , which kinda fits except ...

I guess pistilaris, 10 m from OP find. Changed color much quicker, diff photo in time stamp.

Local guy says Clavariadelphus pistillaris, but has no description of color change for pistillaris, has mild to none description of color change for ligula, namely red.
Yelow specimen also changes color but much much less. I guess we could imagine red at bruises.

No green, no yellow on gills, which should be there for Hypholoma fasciculare ? Checked that also from side view.
Yellow very prominent on cross cut. I think Fagus sylvatica stump.

Checking .... I guess it goes somewhere under Coritnarius ? On press, stipe turns yellow. See bottom of stipe.
