NW Slovenia, forest road. Best guess ?

It was -10 celsius, and snow. Not under roof. Is this something special ? NW Slovenia, +/- 500 m amsl.
Only terminal leaves survived.

Had something with yellow flowers in mind, but Portulaca oleracea kept blocking my mind.

Snow/Cold up to -10oC did not kill it. Loc.: NW SLovenia.
BTW, how can one tell if leaf is sessile or not, unclear to me here at this image.

If you can spot difference if it is radiata or centrifuga. But had to look around to find morph. like that, gets smudged & hidden.

Also I noted brown centre of red stuff, same as at mine. Could not spot that with naked eye. Maybe will do more pictures, did not noticed wide opened aperture, hence overexposure and bad DOF ...

No pores, wrinkled surface.
I guess as phlebia radiata comes in various colors, it also could be red ? http://agrozoo.net/gallery/Phlebia-radiata

Overexposed but other than that, colors are modified to match seen colors.
On lower side of I think - picea rafter, old, soft, filled with watter.
Red spots are there without touching.
