Sure. Some can say names of macro fungi by experience, without being able to explain why. Netherless id comes out correct.
At some point some people can do the same for "fungi imperfecti".

Looking around , Cladosporium, Penicillium and Aspergillus should in general appear on Salami. The spines are actually really short, looks longer on image. And all turned downwards. Thick spines, relatively, I think, as you can pick up thing with bare hand and nothing stays in skin.
