Lands there for me, but marked part had obvious pink tinge, whereas outside marked part no pink. Any opinion ?

Grooved = nearest term I can find.
Local page in translation: "grooved form is darker gray brown colored, the cap edge is grooved"
The OP image I think is exactly that.

No latin f., var. there. If exists something like that in latin, about that grooved form ?

Encountered some images on net that suggests red part could be Phanerochaete sanguinea. should not that be "Brassica oleracea var. acephala subvar. sabellica" ?

I did encounter formulations like that, var. ... subvar. ...
