Re: Foliose
Hello, the green and white stuff is most likely a moss, perhaps Grimmia sp. (leaves and hairpoints)

Re: Foliose
I am wondering, if the lichen is "foliose" or "squamulose".
These little things are about 1 mm broad (?) and I tried to find the lichen without success.

Re: Foliose
Mmmh, I' m doubting ... those toninia species look like pebbles to me, more bullate, regularly rounded.
In your picture the lichen look more flat in some parts and forming bigger structures, having two colours (slightly brownish) with a brighter rim and with a pruinose surface. But maybe it is something closely related ...
I had again a look at the Italian keys, Nr. 98 TONINIA and related genera (Bibbya, Kiliasia, Thalloidima, Toniniopsis; incl. Porpidinia).

In my opinion Thalloidima opuntioides is the best match.
