Re: Mini flat bulb Slo Alps
The chance that full grown bulbs get washed out of the ground is much smaller than for young ones. Anyway, the only way to find out what this is is to cultivate the bulbs.

Re: Mini flat bulb Slo Alps
Hi,
these are Arum tubers. Cyclamens always have tiny buds at the top of the bulb, even when young, and wiry roots. Crocuses always have a tunic. In addition, the roots are too “thick”. They look like they were fleshy when alive.

Woody above suggested crocus, and link https://extension.umn.edu/how/planting- ... d-rhizomes, right most image looks like match.
While arum - can't find any round flat match.

Re: Mini flat bulb Slo Alps
.... but on the photo in your link you can see the fibrous tunica of the Crocus tuber. Arum tubers are always naked.
Since I cultivate the collection of mediterranean Geophytes in the Botanical Garden in Magdeburg (ca. 430 Taxa), I know the tubers of the three genera in question quite well..... and I just repotted them all about 6 weeks ago .
