Looking around , Cladosporium, Penicillium and Aspergillus should in general appear on Salami.
Any clue on those on images (does not look like all same species to me), bottom two are almost invisible, transculet I would say, but beautiful ...

You do not mean this inquiry seriously, or? Those things are not without reason called "fungi imperfecti", and without molecular, microscopic and chemical analysis they all look very similar and cannot be determined macroscopically. Most do not even have classical taxonomic-binomial names.

Sure. Some can say names of macro fungi by experience, without being able to explain why. Netherless id comes out correct.
At some point some people can do the same for "fungi imperfecti".
