What is that. I mean what does variedades crespa mean ? Is that L. s. subsp. crispa ?
Because it looks like gentile to me. Which should only, AFAIK, be Lactuca sativa. + cv. Kayac or cv, Guenola or ...

I don't understand your question. "variedades crespa" is a crispate variety, as they occur in dozens of culture forms.
It is quite impossible to find proper taxonomic names for the horticultural varieties of a species which is in culture for hundreds of years. Meaningful taxonomy reaches here its limits.
