Point of this post is that I have seen strong yellow, at left side position of mushroom on image, as soon as mushroom turned it was white. Tryed to digitaly recreate that yellow, take the strongest yellow as the one I have seen. Anyone notices something similar ? Camera recorded white (neutral).

As they age, the gills are no longer bright white, but rather cream-coloured to yellowish (this is also how the species is described).
The gills were facing downwards (less light, more shade). In those conditions, this cream tone may have appeared rather yellowish. And then, when turned over and exposed to more light (perhaps also with changing light conditions within a few minutes – more or less sun in the surroundings), they appear lighter and less yellow.
The camera – depending on the white balance setting – ‘interprets’ the brightest areas. If there is no ‘true white’ present, particularly in automatic mode, the brightest area is rendered as white.
