In general white, not being cowered by leafs or anything. Smallest a bit yellowish. Taste not bitter or is it burning, can't think of proper english term.

Which trees? Which type of soil?
Colour of spore print?

I guess: white spore print, mixed trees.
I see a little bit of rosé.
I guess Russula aurora (Syn.: Russula rosea (non ss. Pers.) and Russula velutipes Velen). (Mostly with fagus, but picea and other trees possible, soil not really relevant, prefers some acidity)
There are sometimes quite pale specimen, even a forma called cretacea. Have a look at the upper part of the stipe - are there any small flakes like powder?

Typically, the uppermost part of the stipe near the gills is a bit broader. I see this in your picture.

In English descriptions the opposite of mild taste in Russula usually is "acrid", in wiki they use the term "peppery" as well.
