On rotten Fomes fomentarius
This is bottom side (or better, the side pressed against ground) of very rotten, I think Fomes fomentarius. Any idea on black bulbs with hairs and yellow stuff ? Second image 'top' side.

Re: On rotten Fomes fomentarius
Hi,
The white/ yellowish coating COULD be Trichoderma pulvinatum (Hypocrea pulvinata). This is a species found on old polypores.

The black, roundish perithecia (which “live” in the pores) with “long necks” could be EITHER Sporothrix polyporicola OR Melanospora lagenaria. (I found these informations im my "Fungi of Temperate Europe"-Book.)
Both species colonize decaying polypores. I don’t feel confident distinguishing between them based on a photo.
S.p.: fresh with droplets on top; perithecia are smaller.
M. l.: perithecia are larger; the “neck” is BROWN at first but later blackened by spores.
Sporothrix

Melanospora

EDIT: I think I see the "droplets" now: first image, lleft side, roughly in the middle
