the pictures in the first link seem to be correct. I compared here:

You see warts that open later at the tips.

I did not find any page in the web mentioning synchytrium linked with lonicera.
Maybe your own pictures show something else ... especially if you observe this so often.

Perhaps the leaves are damaged by Rhopalomyzus lonicerae, a sucking aphid?

White spots (like virus), but uneven (like blisters), then the leaf is rolling a bit, later on the leaf may get darker brown (but reddish ??)

Aphids no, I checked each time under. Especially when turned red, if, there should be ton of them.

I was just speculating ... and I don't know what the white stuff could be.
But, at Arbofux there was the information that the aphids are laying eggs on lonicera in autumn. The eggs are overwintering close to where the young shoots will develop. The young insects start sucking the young leaves in spring, but "leave the winter host early". In summer, you will see symptoms, but no more animals. They change to Phalaris arundinacea, suck there, leave the grass in autumn, suck again a bit on lonicera, which can make new symptoms.
