Left should be more white when fresh. Couldn't spot that this would open anytime. How does that work ? Are right pollinated seeds or just died off flowers ?

Dioscorea polystachya is dioecious, male and female flowers on different plants (like our Dioscorea communis as well)
You' ve got a "boy" here, it looks if the petals have dried. If you open one, you should see (rest of) stamina only.

So, if I propagated from bulbs, then they are all boys I guess ?

Then they have the same sex as the plant the bulbs are coming from (non-sexual propagation).
