Confused, net shows all kinds of thorns (nothing like such on on linked image ), including such as on linked image ....

You need good descriptions (especially about the thorns, how many, which length, which colour ...) and pictures, named by experts.
Google Lens says "Mammilaria", but more than one species possible.
On first sight (just an idea!) M. backebergiana looks similar.

Hi,
this is neither Mammillaria rhodantha nor M. backebergiana. If you prick the plant on the photo with a needle, white milky sap should come out (both mentioned species has a clear sap). It looks more like Mammillaria magnimamma or a related species. This group is extremely variable so it needs unfortunately an expert to identify this plant to species level.
