Forest ground

Leaves +/- 60 mm.
Creeping on ground 3+ m long, I guess it would climb if it would find something.
Forms roots if properly connected to ground, no tendrils.
I guess clematis and humulus excluded or not ?

Looks for me like Clematis vitalba.

No such leaves here, as expected:

It is a very typical C. vitalba.

The pictures on the internet do not cover the full range of morphological variation. Also they mostly show leaves on upright climbing shoots with high light enjoyment and not the shade forms on the ground.
