Seems reasonable: Genista pilosa, looking at Alpenflora_16.05.2023.pdf.

What about the spines? This should be Genista germanica.

Hmm, that did not strike me as thorns at all, at first, small leaflets I thought.

I mean, what are we looking at here (Attachment), small leaflets & thorn ?

No question, it is a thorn. You can see many of them on the pics.
