Forest ground

Habitus - pressed to ground - all. Very hard stuff. Slovenia. Next to cruciata glabra, picea abies forest.

What about the spines? This should be Genista germanica.

Hmm, that did not strike me as thorns at all, at first, small leaflets I thought.
I mean, what are we looking at here (Attachment), small leaflets & thorn ?

No question, it is a thorn. You can see many of them on the pics.
