What is this if I can't find any "Ochrea mit abstehendem Kragen" (http://www.blumeninschwaben.de/Zweikeim ... c_lang.htm) anywhere ?

Other ochrea-s are the same as on img, just top dried off, pointy.

This looks more like Bistorta amplexicaulis, but with only closeup images it's hard to be sure.
