Clinopodium menthifolium ?

I would say this has extra small and numerous dots on lower lip ? Maybe all the rest of leaves are same , not serrated. And same size. Plant +/- 60 cm.

I think Calamintha menthifolia ssp. ascendens.

For a solid identification you need to show the relevant characteristics: Complete cymes including their peduncles, number of pflowers per cyme, hairs inside the calyx. WIth only a few closeups it's just guessing.
