Hi,
I don' t know exactly which things are "blue" in your opinion - the pale ones or the dark ones?
Since I have no experience with those lichens at all I can only look into the italian keys.

In my opinion this is not Caloplaca chalybaea - which seems to have a quite regular round thallus, which shows cracks. Inside the cracks you can see the blackish underlaying parts. The lichen has got a new name: Pyrenodesmia chalybaea.

If I try to use the key Nr. 27 CRUSTOSE TELOSCHISTACEAE

I get the (possible ;) ) result Pyrenodesmia variabilis, but I looked mainly at the lichen shown in your link.
