Hippeastrum. (Amaryllis is nowadays used as name only for one species in South Africa, and this is not cultivated in pots).

Or is everything out of normal just double ? Can't find copy of mine on google images (color ignored).

There are countless garden hybrids and forms. Even the taxonomy of the wild forms is a complete mess.
The gardeners continue to use "Amaryllis" as name, which adds to the confusion.
