I think I spotted same thing here previous year.
No flowers, something similar all around with yellow flowers (no red leaves) but can't spot star shaped hairs, on top side of leaf, on those.
Slovenia, inside orchard shaded grass.

That's either Picris hieracioides or Leontodon hispidus. Not sure if it's possible to tell the two apart with these images.
