Namely should not turn blue in stem, according to local description.

With "those" species I am never sure. X. chrys. can have a little blue, sometimes.
But here I am irritated by the orange colour of the stipe (outside) and a little bit by the cap colour as well.
Maybe Rheubarberiboletus armeniacus ? Perhaps this is growing in your country more often than in Germany ? (I never found it up to now.)
But there are more similar species ...

That orange, I assume is on cap surface, that is actually red. What is yellow is actually more strong yellow.
Doh one could think of orange from image, here an there, I did not spot any at least not obvious.

I am not sure, it looks different (maybe just "the light").

Now I read : X. chry. not blueing or just slightly in the upper part ... (Flesh looks more white normally, cap surface darker - like your other X. chrys.)

Could be ... I know this X. cis. getting blue quicker (within a minute or so) and a bit stronger, with bruising getting blue nearly everywhere (stipe and tubes/pores).
The colours of the fruit body are really strange in my opinion ... but at least there is a reddish subcutis and the cutis seems to crack into small parts.
