No green, no yellow on gills, which should be there for Hypholoma fasciculare ? Checked that also from side view.
Yellow very prominent on cross cut. I think Fagus sylvatica stump.

Yellow-green (neon) on upper part of the stipe - perfectly matching H. fasciculare.
