Maybe a natural form of Zinnia peruviana?
... but the leaves are not matching. Sure, the leaves belong to that plant?

Pretty much sure about leaves, left set of images no doubt - can't be mixed, right set is Tagetes tenuifolia and that has leaves like this:

Zinnia has simple, entire leaves.
